  Product Description   Superplasticizer, also known as High Range Water Reducer ( HRWR) are polymeric dispersants, which when added in small amounts to concrete (typically less than 0.5% of the mass of cement), allow high water reduction for the same workability. Polycarboxylate Based SuperPlaticizer  is suitable for preparation of concrete with normal strength, high strength, self-compacting, high durability, etc. Polycarboxylate water reducer has be widely used in industrial or civil construction, municipal engineering, water conservancy, electric power engineering, road and bridge, metro, etc.
Our HPEG, which is the main raw material for Polycarboxylate superplasticizer, is prepared by allyl alcohol and ethylene oxide.
Molecular formula: CH2C(CH3)CH2O(CH2CH2O)nH, n = 10 - 60   Instrutions for Use   Polycarboxylate Super Platicizer dosage normally ranges from 0.15% ~ 0.25% of the total weight of cementitious materials. The final dosage quantity depends, among others, on the reactivity of the cement and the concrete recipe. This must be determined by suitability trials. Test dosage is 0.2%. The product can be added to the sand, stone, cement and other admixtures with the mixing water in the same time, and stir for a time. The product can also be used by after mixing method. Necessary testing before massive use is useful to enhance the effectiveness.
